shiny paint cover

Shiny paint…what is shiny paint? Um it’s the easiest paint to make and it gives such a fun twist to your kids paint! It leave the paint looking shiny or wet! But, it is dry!! Fun right!?!

So here is what you will need:

  • Non-toxic Child safe Paint
  • Lite Corn Syrup

And that is IT! Yes, two ingredients!

How to do it:

Combine equal parts corn syrup and paint in a small bowl.  (I like to add a little extra corn syrup to mines a little more shiny).Stir until well combined. Your paint will be more fluid and runny. But that’s how you want it! If you want your paint to be a little more shiny, add more corn syrup! But, be aware that if you add too much corn syrup you will end up with a sticky picture in the end!
