So you have a child that isn’t talking much, huh? Not to worry! There are plenty of things you can do to help beef up those language skills in the early years! If you are concerned about your child’s language make sure to talk to your pediatrician and call your  local School District.  (Even if your child is not of school age there are programs in your area for kids under three. They will be called, birth to three, up to three, early intervention or something similar.)

Waiting for your child to say those first few words can be extremely frustrating sometimes! Especially if you have a child who has language delays. Although it can be very frustrating, be patient! There are certain skills that need to be in place before your child will start using those first adorable words!

If we don’t understand the environment we live in, we wont be able to talk about it!
