Keeping your house clean is a full time job….ESPECIALLY if you have toddlers! The toy explosion can seem like a never ending, daunting task to keep under control. With a few quick changes and a little added fun, cleaning can become a fun activity for you and your busy toddler!

Let’s be honest, my house is hardly ever 100% tidy..unless my little monsters are asleep, of course! But, I try my hardest to keep it CLEAN. Your home, even if you clean daily is a germ fest! It is so important to keep your home as clean and sanitary as possible. Keeping your home clean and sanitary is extremely important when you have little ones around. Your bathroom and kitchen are the germiest places in your house! But, with all those toddler and kid germs going around, your play room and kid’s rooms can be quite the germ gathering as well.  With babies mouthing toys and toddlers basically being germ factories, keeping your house clean is the easiest way to keep your family healthy and illness free.

One of the scariest thoughts of bringing home baby number two in a few weeks is making sure my two year old is well taken care of while Mom and Dad are at the hospital! My mom will be the one with the awesome job of keeping the two year old alive while we are at the hosptial. So, I know that he is in good hands! But, my biggest concern is not having the time to make sure she knows all she needs to before we jet off to the hospital!

Being prepared in case of an emergency or unexpected circumstance crucial! Especially with little ones at home.If Mom and Dad have to leave quickly…what is the plan for the littles at home? Don’t get caught unprepared!! Being prepared will make an Emergency a lot easier to deal with! Especially if you aren’t panicking about the little people at home!

“The Zipadee-Zip wearable blanket is loved by sleep experts, doctors, pediatricians and parents everywhere because it provides a womb-like environment but still allows a baby to have full range of movement so that a baby can roll over and wiggle around safely and freely. Babies can even pick up and put in their pacifier or play with a toy while wearing one! It prevents the risk of hip dysplasia, keeps loose blankets out of the crib and is also safe to be worn while a baby is buckled into a car seat or stroller! It’s also perfect for keeping germs at bay on airplanes, in doctor’s offices and in grocery stores!”

How to Use First/Then Behavior Charts + Free Printable!!!

Share on FacebookPin on PinterestTweet about this on TwitterShare on Google+Email this to someoneShare on StumbleUponPrint this page

First/Then charts are one of my favorite behavior aids! They are easy to use and easy for kids to understand! It can be SO hard for our tiny humans to grasp the concept of First/Then. “FIRST we are eating dinner, THEN you can play outside”.  When really, all they heard was, “play outside”. By using a “First/Then” chart you can help them understand by giving them a visual.

First/Then charts are also amazing to use as simple picture schedules. For many children, especially those with disabilities, having a visual picture schedule is CRUCIAL! By using a First/Then schedule your kids will be able to anticipate what is going to happen next. This in itself can eliminate many problem behaviors.
